The energy and fluids are consists of the following units:

2.Water treatment and distribution unit
Electric power and fluids distribution unit:
Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company’s demand for electric power is 900 megawatts 300 megawatts of which is supplied from the local power plant inside Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company and the rest is supplied from the nationwide grid and distributed by means of a 28-km underground network tunnel. This unit is also responsible for the distribution of fluids, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, compressed air, HNX gases, steam, demin water, carbon monoxide produced in the power plant.
Water treatment and distribution:
This unit includes a water collection dam, water treatment facilities, water pipeline, reservoirs, local distribution facilities and cooling towers. This unit has also facilities for the production and distribution of demin water and steam for the rolling mills. The treatment of industrial, human and chemical wastewaters takes place in this unit.
This unit consists of the Oxygen and Hydrogen plants. The Oxygen plant consists of the following two parts:
1.Compressed air production unit
2.Oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen
Hydrogen plant is also responsible for the supply of hydrogen needed for the purification of argon gas.
Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company’s power plant consists of three steam-driven generators each with 67 megawatt power generating capacity. The internal power plant of Esfahan's Mobarakeh Steel Company accounts for 30 percent of the electric power needed by the company. This unit also produces part of the demin water needed by the company’s production lines.
B. Central Workshop:
This unit is responsible for the repair of the equipment and fabrication of some spare parts needed by the production lines. It consists of several workshops including mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, electrical repairs, machining, steel skeleton, tool making, heat treatment, forging etc. .
