Publishing the employment advertisement and registration of competent people by a third-party test administering institution
Written exam consists of a scientific test. The questions are developed based on the nature of each working fields and disciplines required.
Skill and interview test: Applicants with the highest scores from the written exam are allowed into this stage. This exam consists of a science-skill test and a technical-professional interview with respect to the working field selected.
Occupational medicine: A number of qualified applicants will be invited for medical examination.
Physical abilities test: Applicants who successfully pass the medical test go through a series of standard sport tests to have their competency to perform their occupational tasks verified.
File establishment and final selection: Once the documents submitted, including drug abuse test results, clean penal records certificate, and so forth are complete; local investigation of the applicant and other enquiries are performed about the applicants.
