MSC chief underscores realization of corporate goals, maximal production

Managing Director of Mobarakeh Steel Company (MSC) Bahram Sobhani has underscored the role his company plays in efforts to advance the economic agenda of the Islamic establishment through continued production, maximal indigenized production of the equipment and goods needed by the giant steelmaker and maximal use of the existing potential.
Dr. Sobhani’s remarks came as he, accompanied by a host of his deputies and MSC managers, paid a visit to the company’s Ironmaking and Steelmaking plants and had a heart-to-heart with the managers and staff there. The MSC chief thanked the company’s personnel for what they’ve done to help materialize the corporate goals and plans.
During Dr. Sobhani’s inspection tour, the head of the Direct Reduction Unit No. 2, Mohammad Reza Fathi, presented a report on the conditions of Shahid Kharazi Mega Modules and the plant’s future plans and said the plant is faring satisfactorily. “The fact that the plant has registered 101 percent growth in production and set new daily and monthly records indicates that staff members have gone out of their way to make the plants’ goals a reality.”
Later Dr. Sobhani stopped by the Steelmaking Plant and thanked the managers and personnel of the Repairs and Logistics Unit that helped repair continuous casting machine No. 5. After listening to reports by the plant’s managers, the MSC chief issued some instructions on problem-solving and on ways of achieving the plant's six-monthly goals.
In the meeting also attended by head of Human Resources Department Ayaz Esmaeli, issues concerning HR at the Ironmaking and Steelmaking plants came up for discussion. During the visit, the MSC managing director fielded questions posed by staff members on the conditions of Mobarakeh Steel Company and the country at large.
